Viable Vision



Viable Vision is a long term (multi year) engagement for helping you achieve performance levels, year after year, that are considered impossible to achieve per current management thinking. “Viable Vision” is an approach  developed by Dr Eli Goldratt, founder of Theory of Constraints. The key concept behind this revolutionary approach is that complex systems have inherent simplicity – capitalizing on it makes it possible to have incredible improvements in a short duration. To capitalize on inherent simplicity, those few elements of the system, that govern the system and interrelationships between them as well as with other elements are identified and a Strategy and Tactic (S&T) Tree is developed to capitalize on the identified leverage points in a sequential manner. The dramatic improvement in business performance and creation of an ever flourishing company requires that based on operational improvements, company develops an unrefusable offer for its customers that is almost impossible for its competitors to replicate in a short timeframe.


Strategy and Tactic (S&T) Trees, collaboratively developed with facilitation by our Principal Consultants, are very detailed road maps for implementing the solution and are multi-level trees that have several levels of strategy and tactic as depicted below. This is in contrast to the traditional approach which has only one level of strategy and corresponding tactic.
